Identify, onboard, and nurture emerging VIPs through data-driven player segmentation and targeted outreach campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and deliver tailored promotions, events, and experiences for VIP players — both online and in person.
Monitor player behavior, activity, and feedback to anticipate needs, identify churn risks, and implement retention strategies.
Act as the internal advocate for VIPs, coordinating with support, payments, risk, and compliance teams to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience.
Organize and attend VIP hospitality events, tournaments, and exclusive experiences to strengthen player relationships.
Track and report on key VIP metrics (e.g. retention, net gaming revenue, engagement frequency, satisfaction) and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in VIP management, player relations, or account management within an iGaming, casino, sportsbook, or luxury customer environment.
Proven track record in building strong relationships with high-value customers and delivering personalized service that drives loyalty and retention.
Strong understanding of iGaming operations, player behavior, and responsible gaming principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically and confidently with diverse audiences.
Comfortable working with CRM and analytics tools to track player performance, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness.
A collaborative, hands-on approach — able to operate autonomously while partnering cross-functionally with marketing, product, and compliance teams.
