VIP Manager – iGaming

Product Manager

• Lead the end-to-end development of our entire crypto sportsbook and casino platform, from initial concept and strategy through to public launch and iteration.
• Create and own the product vision and strategic roadmap for a zero-to-one build. You will define what we build, why we build it, and how we win.
• Define the foundational requirements for all core platform components, including crypto payment rails (deposits/withdrawals), player account management, bonusing engines, third-party data feed integrations (sports odds, casino games), and responsible gaming features.
• Obsess over every detail of the player experience, from seamless wallet-based onboarding to intuitive bet slip creation and instant settlement.
• Translate the product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes. You will work directly with a dedicated engineering and design team to ship product in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Define and analyze the key metrics that will measure our success, establishing the data foundation for a culture of analytics-driven product development.

Product Management Lead, iGaming

Product Designer

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for our iGaming platform, from initial concepts and user flows to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final visual specifications.
• Translate complex crypto mechanics and novel gaming concepts into intuitive, delightful, and engaging user experiences for our casino and sports betting products.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and leadership to define product strategy, shape the roadmap, and ensure a cohesive, high-quality user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user needs and advocate for design solutions that address them effectively.
• Contribute to our design system, maintain a high bar for visual and interaction design, and champion a culture of design excellence.
• Tackle ambiguous challenges and design elegant solutions for brand-new user interactions that have no existing precedent.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering career development through coaching and direct feedback
