About the role Conducting qualitative market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics Ideally, experience with quantitative market research studies Project management, client briefing, discussion guide/ questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions Conception, preparation and presentation of results reports Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team Requirements Successfully completed degree in psychology, sociology, health economics, or a comparable field of study Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field Candidate will preferably have experience with a range of market research projects The candidate must be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail The candidate must multi-task and can work well under pressure The candidate must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills The candidate has fluent English skills, both written and spoken The candidate must have strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook The candidate must have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills The candidate must have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives Native German language is a must.
