Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience — ideally in enterprise client management, project management, or customer success management
Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics, ideally complemented by experience in compensation & benefits
Strong service orientation, empathy, excellent communication skills and assertiveness
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong planning and organizational skills
Business-fluent German and English
Solid project management skills and an affinity for technical topics
