- Act as a central interface between internal departments and clients

Requirements
- Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience — ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
- Solid knowledge of HR and tax topics
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits
- Strong service orientation, empathy, communication skills, and assertiveness
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Confident handling of commercial topics
- Fluent in German and English (business fluent)
- Solid project management skills
- Affinity for technical topics
