About the role
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our energy solutions.
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with potential customers.
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals.
Requirements
- Strong Fluent English Skills (verbal and written).
- Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Personal computer with a webcam and headset
- Access to high speed reliable internet and a quit place to work
- Work a fulltime schedule M-F, 1pm-8pm Pacific with optional overtime on Saturdays
- Weekly base pay with commissions
