About the role
- Monitoring and ensuring all partner software syncs are running smoothly
- Troubleshooting sync issues and escalating to Engineering when needed
- Maintaining accurate partner records in our CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems
- Updating and cleaning data to ensure reliability across tools and reports
- Supporting account managers with reporting, performance tracking, and list organization
- Identifying and filling in missing partner data points (contacts, emails, company info, etc.)
- Assisting the team with special projects and data requests during slower cycles
Requirements
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience working in a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with excellent computer navigation skills
- Comfortable troubleshooting and documenting software/data issues
- Organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
