Manager

• Own the global Microsoft partnership end to end, serving as Luware's primary relationship lead
• Develop and execute comprehensive partnership plans aligned with Luware's revenue targets and product roadmap
• Identify, enroll, and manage Microsoft GTM programs that maximize Luware's visibility and co-sell opportunities
• Drive and enable co-sell engagement across regions, working closely with Microsoft field teams
• Track progress of Microsoft-sourced and Microsoft-influenced leads, measuring pipeline contribution and closed revenue
• Translate partnership activities into measurable business outcomes through structured programs and joint selling motions
• Manage all aspects of Microsoft Partner Center including deal registration, program incentives, funding applications, and specialization certifications
• Ensure Luware maintains and advances relevant Microsoft competencies and designations
• Monitor Microsoft program changes and proactively adapt strategies to capitalize on new opportunities
• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key Microsoft personnel across sales, product, and partner organizations
• Cultivate executive-level sponsorship within Microsoft to facilitate partnership goals and escalation paths

Alliance Manager

QA Engineer

• Leads the debugging process for software products through systematic testing, ensuring the development, application, and maintenance of quality standards across company products
• Actively oversees teams and/or processes to uphold software quality engineering in alignment with test plans, prioritizing customer satisfaction for enhanced experiences
• Designs, adjusts, and executes software test plans, automated scripts, and programs for testing purposes.
• Implements automation strategies to streamline testing procedures, reducing redundancy in testing, tooling, and processes
• Formulates and documents test plans, standards, and procedures, while also conducting data analyses and visualizing insights to assess software product quality
• Maintains thorough documentation of test results to aid in debugging and software modifications
• Reviews test outcomes to validate existing functionalities and recommends corrective measures as necessary

Manual QA Engineer

Product Manager

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality, fully functional products, features, and enhancements to market
• Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog aligned with customer needs, stakeholder expectations, and product vision
• Provide business and domain leadership as Scrum Product Owner, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution
• Lead requirements engineering activities, including gathering, prioritizing, elaborating, planning, and validating requirements
