Customer Success Manager

• Build and maintain relationships with Enterprise Customers
• Provide training and support on Luware products and services
• Identify and address potential issues
• Upsell and cross-sell products and services
• Generate referrals and own the customer through the renewal process
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices and all the latest Nimbus features
• Participate in product development and roadmap discussions
• Work with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met
• Act as the customers' single point of contact for any questions towards Luware
• Take on the role of Escalation Manager for customers and ensure swift resolution
• Work with customers through their renewal to keep churn low
• Responsible for ensuring customers are successful in using the product as soon as possible

Marketing

• Develop, collaborate and implement lead generation strategies using all channels (SEO, PPC, email, social media, webinars, DOOH, paid ads)
• Design and optimize marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive demand, and nurture customers and leads
• Collaborate with content teams to create compelling materials aligned with customer pain points
• Utilize marketing automation tools (HubSpot) for lead nurturing, scoring and A/B testing
• Align closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and data-driven decision-making
• Track and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI
• Plan, manage and execute events including webinars, virtual events, industry conferences and exhibitions

Marketing Manager

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and curate engaging content for social media and newsletter platforms
• Support the coordination of events and promotional activities
• Perform simple operational tasks in advertising, automation, email newsletters, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging

Marketing Intern

• Support the Senior UX/UI Designer and product development team
• Design intuitive interfaces and improve user experiences across web applications
• Maintain and evolve the Figma design system ensuring consistency and usability
• Collaborate with developers to keep the design system synced between design and code
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to support feature development
• Participate in design critiques, team workshops, and user feedback sessions
• Contribute to driving innovative ideas forward within a small UX Design team
