About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a strategic product pillar, defining its vision, roadmap, priorities, and contribution to Luware’s overall product strategy
  • Drive product discovery by engaging with customers, partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders to identify needs, opportunities, and feedback
  • Define, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that balances customer value, business objectives, market opportunities, and technical considerations
  • Lead requirements engineering, including gathering, elaborating, validating, and translating requirements into clear epics, features, and defect descriptions
  • Act as the primary interface between stakeholders and product engineering team, ensuring alignment between strategy, expectations, and execution
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, designers, and other product managers to deliver high-quality products, features, and enhancements
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, decisions, and outcomes clearly to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment
  • Monitor product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes to continuously improve product success

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or a Product Leadership role (Mid- Senior) in a SaaS Company, highly preferred within Unified Communications
  • Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholders, from C-level executives to technical users and agents
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to facilitate solution design within teams
  • Creative problem-solving and team-oriented approach
  • Broad business acumen with strong industry and market knowledge
  • Strong awareness of market trends and customer needs
  • Analytical, proactive, and forward-thinking mindset
  • High curiosity and creativity combined with structured, analytical thinking
  • Strong product and technology expertise
  • Deep understanding of the value and benefits delivered by products and services to customers
  • Ability to plan, delegate, and oversee work across development teams
  • Ensure execution in line with defined processes and best practices
  • Incorporate cross-functional needs and ideas into product development
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Scrum and Scrum@ Scale
