About the role
- Seasonal Sales Assistants provide 5-star customer service during busiest time of year
- Ask insightful questions to uncover right products and showcase them through engaging demonstrations
- Support buying decisions, secure sales, create bespoke routines and provide sit-down consultations with hand and arm massages
- Represent Lush ethics and values, act as Lush Ambassador
- Operate till systems and handle cash
- Stock products, ensure products are clean and inviting
- Host in-store parties and events
- Be adaptable and solutions-focused
- Attend recruitment evening interview and start on specified dates
Requirements
- Must have at least two full week days and at least one weekend day
- Availability for at least 2 full weekdays and 1 full weekend day
- Including early starts (7am earliest) and late finishes (9pm latest)
- Passion for LUSH and its ethics and values
- Dedicated to providing warm, genuine customer experiences
- Eager to learn & receptive to feedback
- Hosting for parties and events
- Ability to operate till systems and be cash-handling trained
- Able to stock products and maintain shop floor presentation
