Customer Success Manager

• Manage the client relationship and provide best-in-class acquisition and retention strategy across 6+ DTC clients.
• Own the email production process end-to-end through initial ideation, handoff to design, email build and scheduling, segmentation, and deployment for designated accounts.
• Oversees and ensures cohesion across all channels utilized by clients, building out effective omni-channel strategies.
• Oversee the development, launch and continual optimization of any combination of the following retention strategies: subscription, loyalty, referral.
• Provide final QA on all team deliverables (email content, segments, send time, briefs, reports).
• Evaluate ad hoc, weekly and monthly reporting, and provide analysis and recommendations to clients based on findings.
• Work closely with the CRM team to analyze findings, identify trends, share learnings, and recommend new strategies.
• Stay current on email best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas, and/or technologies to deliver on KPIs.
• Coach and mentor direct reports to develop their skills as it relates to account management, communication, client services, and email strategy.

Manager, CRM

Analyst

• Support the execution and optimization of programmatic and retail media campaigns, including setup, trafficking, monitoring, and reporting across DSPs and retail media platforms.
• Apply advanced targeting and bid optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
• Upload, QA, and manage creative assets, insertion orders, and dynamic creative implementation for timely launches.
• Monitor campaigns daily, troubleshoot platform issues, and make data-driven adjustments to meet client KPIs.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reporting and insights to support internal teams in client communications.
• Ensure brand safety, viewability, and ad verification compliance across all channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and optimization opportunities based on campaign performance.

• Serve as the senior strategic lead and relationship owner for key clients, driving measurable growth and long-term partnership success.
• Guide client strategy as a thought partner — not an order taker — and lead with authority in conversations with CEOs, CMOs, and founders.
• Build and execute full-funnel growth plans across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
• Translate insights into actionable strategies that connect media, creative, landing page optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Stay ahead of emerging e-commerce and marketing innovations to keep clients on the leading edge of performance.
• Align and influence cross-functional teams across Paid Media, Creative, Web, and CRM to deliver cohesive, full-funnel strategies.
• Navigate complex client dynamics with professionalism and composure, including escalations, challenging asks, and contract discussions.

• Set and uphold quality standards for creative strategy, testing rigor, and analytical depth across the team.

• Architect and oversee creative testing roadmaps aligned to client goals, funnel stages, and media investment levels.

• Partner closely with Media, Creative Production, Growth, and Account teams to ensure creative strategy is fully integrated across omni-channel programs.
