About the role
- Develop and execute Paid Social strategies across both brand and conversion campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Manage budgets and optimize campaigns, using data-driven decisions to maximize performance.
- Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, and Creative teams to produce integrated plans and engaging ad content.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, producing detailed reports for stakeholders.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Drive high-level performance across Lovehoney Group’s paid social activity.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record in managing high-impact campaigns.
- Proficiency in Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong foundation in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within a multi-million-pound business environment.
- Advanced data analytics skills and expertise with Google Analytics, Meta, and TikTok platforms.
- Experience in leading and managing people.
