- Research and evaluate high-impact sponsorships within sports and entertainment.
- Lead negotiations with clubs, leagues, federations (football, basketball, cricket, etc.).
- Ensure strategic alignment and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with marketing to integrate sponsorships into campaigns.
- Plan and execute activations, events, and promotions.
- Oversee sponsorship budgets and performance metrics.
- Monitor and report on sponsorship effectiveness.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships in sports and gaming sectors.
Requirements
- 4+ years in sponsorship/marketing
- 2+ years in leadership roles within iGaming or entertainment
- Strong industry network and market understanding
- Data-driven and fluent in English & Bahasa
- Proven experience leading impactful strategic initiatives
