About the role
- Managing BU-level projects or task pools, including planning, scoping, and execution;
- Coordinating tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies across teams and BUs;
- Facilitating requirement gathering, estimation, and change management processes;
- Ensuring project objectives align with BU and company goals.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and stakeholders;
- Managing expectations, handling objections, and supporting effective partnerships across BUs and clients;
- Preparing and delivering progress updates and key project insights.
- Building, guiding, and supporting a high-performing Delivery Team;
- Assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and driving results under pressure;
- Contributing to recruitment, onboarding, and team development when needed.
- Ensuring delivery quality in collaboration with QA teams;
- Identifying and mitigating risks with the team and management;
- Applying SDLC principles and facilitating requirement sessions with BAs or PMs.
Requirements
- Lead Delivery Teams independently with strong ownership;
- Define team standards, mentor junior staff, and guide others through complex issues;
- Accountable for team performance and delivery outcomes.
- Manage technically and organizationally complex projects across functions;
- Apply and improve delivery best practices, suggest optimizations and innovations.
- Bring in-depth delivery and PM knowledge, share insights and mentor team members;
- Experienced in multiple methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid, SAFe, etc.);
- Support internal knowledge transfer through training and feedback.
- Proficient with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Monday, etc.;
- Experienced in tech and software development;
- Knowledge of SDLC and project frameworks (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid, Spotify, etc.);
- Experience with igaming and betting is a big plus;
- Languages: English (B2–C1), fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
