About the role
- Develop innovative uses of Kyriba (e.g., API adoption, custom dashboards) and disseminate knowledge internally
- Liaise between Kyriba and Clearsulting, working with Kyriba Product to suggest new ideas, Kyriba Support to resolve issues, and Kyriba Account Management and Sales Executives to drive new business
- Lead trainings and ensure quality of delivery and all deliverables
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the Treasury team’s senior analysts and analysts
- Demonstrate ability to manage people, develop teams, and coach more junior team members
- Showcase effective organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple and competing priorities
- Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance
Requirements
- Experience with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS)
- 3-5+ Kyriba certifications and prior implementation of Kyriba
- Demonstrable experience driving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications
