About the role
- Lead and perform activities including action item tracking and closure
- Review, finalization and delivery of deliverables
- Oversee and maintain the integrity of Configuration Management
- Work with the team to create and maintain configuration baselines
- Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement policies and procedures
- Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures
- Implement CM discipline for the lifecycle of systems
- Create and maintain configuration baselines
- Perform change control and configuration audits
- Participate in periodic meetings across all program domains
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- BS or BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or master’s with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience
- Strong organization, analytical, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated initiative in identifying and solving problems
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to anticipate customer needs
- Prior experience with configuration management design and deployment
- Experience developing Configuration Management Plans and related documentation
- Demonstrated experience with software Configuration Management tools
