About the role
- Hands-on and enthusiastic role within the Marketing team to learn performance marketing in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Assist in planning and executing performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to support campaign strategies, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop ad content and assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Contribute to tracking, reporting of campaign results, and performance analysis.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Some experience or strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing channels.
- Basic understanding of online advertising principles and metrics.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
- A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
