• - Process payroll for all employees, ensuring the accuracy of time sheets and payroll information.
• - Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely salary disbursement
• - Maintain and update employee master data, including salary components, allowances, and deductions
• - Prepare and calculate payroll manually using Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
• - Reconcile payroll reports to ensure accuracy and consistency
• - Prepare and submit monthly and annual PPh 21 (income tax) reports
• - Generate and distribute employee tax slips (Form 1721-A1)
• - Support BPJS administration (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan)
• - Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document filing, and payroll-related reporting

• Assist in developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
• Support data collection, cleaning, and transformation processes
• Help manage and optimize databases and data warehouses
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Assist in integrating data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, third-party tools)
• Monitor data quality and troubleshoot data-related issues
• Document data architecture, workflows, and technical processes
• Collaborate with data analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements

• Manage and oversee all tax compliance and statutory reporting obligations of the company
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly and annual tax returns in accordance with prevailing Indonesian tax regulations
