About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, licenses, permits, and corporate records.
  • Manage and update the contract repository, including filing, tracking, and archiving documents.
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and support renewal processes.
  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing legal documents and agreements.
  • Coordinate document execution and collect required signatures.
  • Support the Legal Team with administrative and operational matters.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive legal information.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • 1–2 years of experience in legal administration, contract administration, or related legal support roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
