About the role

  • Report to Loopio’s People Leader and serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders across the organization.
  • Provide strategic partnership across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, compensation planning, leave management, promotions, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with Talent Experience to accelerate talent acquisition, internal mobility, and succession planning for GTM roles.
  • Partner with People Operations to improve programs/processes (performance enablement, compensation strategy, engagement surveys, total rewards) tailored to GTM.
  • Interpret and apply employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions and develop scalable policies.
  • Lead and support complex employee relations matters, including investigations.
  • Guide GTM leadership through organizational design, team structuring, and change management initiatives.
  • Embed DEIB principles into People initiatives and contribute to DEIB strategy.
  • Assess team health, identify performance gaps, and implement initiatives to boost productivity, engagement, and revenue impact.
  • Deeply immerse in GTM strategy by attending department kickoffs and aligning with revenue targets.
  • Mentor and provide HR expertise to People team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in People Operations/Human Resources, ideally as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Experience working closely with GTM teams and understanding SaaS sales rhythms.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, especially supporting first-time people managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute operational initiatives.
  • Skilled at building trust across all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus (not required).
  • HR certifications such as CHRP considered assets.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance and best practices, including employment law, standards, and workplace health and safety across Canada, USA, UK and India.
  • Experience interpreting and applying employment legislation across Ontario, BC, UK, and India.
  • Familiarity with HR tech: BambooHR, Lattice, Pave, Ashby, G-Suite.
  • Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area and be able to access co-working space in Downtown Toronto.
