About the role

  • Develop compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with target segments
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure positioning stays sharp
  • Lead GTM planning for new NiceJob features and integrations
  • Design and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns across Paystone’s product lines
  • Partner with Customer Success to create expansion playbooks and in-app upgrade journeys
  • Conduct research on customer segments, lifecycle stages, and industry verticals
  • Build personas and map value propositions to their unique needs
  • Identify adoption triggers and usage patterns that drive expansion opportunities
  • Align Product roadmap priorities with market insights
  • Collaborate with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns that boost adoption, retention, and revenue growth
  • Support Sales and CS with enablement tools, competitive insights, and deal support
  • Define and track KPIs for adoption, retention, and upsell conversion
  • Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, and campaigns for impact

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (martech, SMB, or marketplace preferred)
  • Proven track record of launching products and driving expansion revenue through upsells/cross-sells
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical features into customer value
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
  • Data-driven mindset with a history of using analytics, research, and customer insights to guide decisions
  • Familiarity with marketing and product tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Productboard, or similar)
