About the role
- Develop compelling, differentiated messaging that resonates with target segments
- Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure positioning stays sharp
- Lead GTM planning for new NiceJob features and integrations
- Design and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns across Paystone’s product lines
- Partner with Customer Success to create expansion playbooks and in-app upgrade journeys
- Conduct research on customer segments, lifecycle stages, and industry verticals
- Build personas and map value propositions to their unique needs
- Identify adoption triggers and usage patterns that drive expansion opportunities
- Align Product roadmap priorities with market insights
- Collaborate with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns that boost adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Support Sales and CS with enablement tools, competitive insights, and deal support
- Define and track KPIs for adoption, retention, and upsell conversion
- Continuously test and refine messaging, offers, and campaigns for impact
Requirements
- 4–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (martech, SMB, or marketplace preferred)
- Proven track record of launching products and driving expansion revenue through upsells/cross-sells
- Strong communication and storytelling skills—able to translate technical features into customer value
- Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
- Data-driven mindset with a history of using analytics, research, and customer insights to guide decisions
- Familiarity with marketing and product tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Productboard, or similar)
