Business Intelligence Analyst

• Establish and evolve a centralized Go-to-Market analytics function supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership
• Own the development and governance of core GTM KPIs across pipeline, revenue, retention, expansion, product adoption, customer health, and operational performance
• Build repeatable analytics workflows that reduce ad hoc analysis dependency and create sustainable self-service capabilities
• Lead the strategy and evolution of dashboards and reporting products in Tableau and other BI platforms
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Operations leaders to identify opportunities
• Drive adoption of centralized metric definitions, semantic layers, and data governance standards
• Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, customer retention analysis, and revenue intelligence initiatives
