About the role
- Own full lifecycle delivery of complex customer implementations and one-time Professional Services engagements for UK customers
- Drive implementations through scoping and holistic project planning during pre-sales and serve as SME for the sales team
- Serve as dedicated project manager for all assigned implementations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
- Consult with customers to tailor implementation experience and accelerate time-to-value from the Risk Cloud platform
- Provide subject-matter expertise and Risk Cloud product advice to design and build customer applications
- Listen to customer pain points and connect needs to Risk Cloud features with focus on value creation
- Serve as technical and business SME across diverse GRC use cases and Risk Cloud functionality
- Collaborate with sales, solution engineering, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment and unified customer experience
- Play a key role in building the UK business and driving customer implementation and adoption
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional services, implementation, GRC practitioner, or consulting roles
- Experience with SaaS and/or GRC industry is strongly preferred
- Intermediate understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) principles, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR), and industry best practices
- Strong technical knowledge working in Excel or a similar product
- Experience managing multiple large projects at a time and working with executive-level stakeholders
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of how GRC solutions drive organizational value
