Security Engineer

• Play a critical role in maturing the security posture of our organization's endpoint infrastructure including the design, configuration, integration and deployment of enterprise security software and infrastructure
• Deploy and maintain endpoint security platforms and processes including Anti-Virus, Anti Malware, Encryption, System Hardening, EDR, MDM, Web Content Management, DNS Security, Identity Solutions SIEM and Patch Management
• Perform threat analysis, monitor security events for signs of security breaches and triage any suspicious behavior
• Assist with the health, performance, stabilization and tuning of all Endpoint Infrastructure
• Evaluate existing endpoint security solutions and participate in the design of strategies to enhance protection against emerging threats
• Partner with senior engineers on the research and analysis of emerging technologies that enhance security capabilities and support current and future business objectives
• Participate and contribute on enterprise technology evaluations and roadmap discussions with third party vendors
• Assess existing security technologies to establish opportunities for improved endpoint protection controls
• Ensure security solutions, policies and procedures are sufficient to meet and respond to threats to our data and endpoint infrastructure
• Recommend and provide technical support processes, metrics, and SLAs
• Maintain and enforce endpoint security policies and standards in alignment with corporate Governance, Security-Risk and Audit policies, procedures, industry regulation, best practices, and security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
• Support and document the implementation of approved endpoint security software and infrastructure components
• Oversee projects from inception to closure ensuring completion according to business requirements and stakeholder standards
• Perform continuous mentorship and development of junior staff members
• Be a point of contact for escalation and engagement
• Participate in the development of technical documentation, policies, and procedures for endpoint security application use and support
• Communicate technical standards to Information Technology teams and junior team members

Endpoint Security Engineer

Manager

• Greets and seats guests as needed and ensure total guest satisfaction
• Oversees employees and operation ensuring organization, cleanliness, proper maintenance, and supplies
• Provides floor coverage as needed
• Coordinates with various hotel departments heads, maintaining adequate floor coverage within the outlet and delegating administrative responsibilities when necessary
• Organizes department through the creation of checklists, seating charts, pars and centralizing information and supplies
• Staffs outlets for staff and management based on the information and needs as presented and defined by the Executive Management
• Plans 30/60/90 day forecast, yearly budget, and employee needs
• Promotes within and outside of the hotel to generate sales
• Controls product quality, service quality, general maintenance, discrepant deposits and checks, payroll, and costs towards higher profit, increased customer satisfaction and uniform standards of operation
• Evaluates the various reports supplied by supervisors and submits written observations on forms provided as required

• Responsible for the smooth, efficient, cost effective operation of the Housekeeping Department
• Oversees daily assignment of duties to Housekeeping staff
• Analyzes daily room turn and makes staff or procedural adjustments as necessary
• Assists in the management of Housekeeping Rooms Personnel
• Oversees daily operations of Housekeeping Department to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Maintains Housekeeping staffing levels for optimal performance

• Responsible for providing exceptionally enjoyable and safe pool experience for resort guests
• Directs the provision of pool services, including towel issuance and inventory control as well as shift pool and aquatic operations
• Manages the operations and staff of all Recreation, Fitness Center, and Aquatics programs
• Oversees the operation of the swimming pool area
• Oversees the pool programs such as towel issue, retail sales at the pool, and Attendant service programs
• Interviews and recruits all Recreation employees and Recreation vendors
• Reviews and submits vendor contracts to Director’s approval prior to the hiring and scheduling of an activity
