About the role
- Prequalify inbound leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email.
- Communicate the value and benefits of Lodgify to potential customers, tailoring approach to their needs.
- Handle a high volume of chats and incoming calls, identifying customer needs and positioning Lodgify as the solution.
- Work closely with the Sales team to pass on qualified leads to enable deal closing.
- Use HubSpot CRM to manage interactions, record activity, and keep contact records updated.
- Participate in projects to improve sales operations and processes, contributing ideas and feedback.
- Actively exchange ideas and communicate with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improved performance.
- Support sales efforts by driving lead qualification and nurturing inbound prospects.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales is preferred (SDR experience not mandatory; 1 year of SDR experience advantageous).
- Fluent English and highly proficient in two additional languages, including Spanish, Italian, or French (both spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dynamic telephone presence.
- Genuine passion for web-based solutions and ability to convey enthusiasm to potential customers.
- Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools (required).
- Previous experience working in a startup environment (bonus).
