  • Locala is seeking a strategic and analytically minded Pre-Sale Account Manager to join our Customer Success team.
  • This role is critical to driving new business by developing persuasive media plans and proposal responses that align with client goals.
  • As the main owner of the pre-sale process, you’ll work cross-functionally to understand client objectives, design digital media strategies, and lead the creation of best-in-class proposals that win business.
  • The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving client challenges through data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Roles & Responsibilities: RFP Ownership & Proposal Strategy: Lead the end-to-end development of responses to RFPs, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, and articulating success metrics.
  • Media Plan Development: Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to specific client goals and budget constraints.
  • Client Objective Alignment: Work closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences, using that input to inform relevant and high-impact media strategies.
  • Inventory & Pricing Collaboration: Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and confirm pricing accuracy.
  • Presentation & Pitch Readiness: Develop visually compelling, insight-driven client-facing presentations. Join Sales and Client meetings as a subject matter expert on strategy and planning.
  • Project Management: Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams. Ensure proposal deadlines are met without sacrificing quality.
  • Process & Tool Proficiency: Maintain accurate records of proposal activity in internal systems (CRM, planning, and project management tools). Champion process improvements that increase speed and quality of output.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital media planning or strategy
