About the role
- Take ownership of each case from packaging stage through to completion
- Review and verify mortgage applications at the ‘Processing’ stage, ensuring all lender requirements are met
- Create and share a complete list of documentation needed with clients
- Liaise with and support clients to ensure they understand lender requirements
- Manage all client correspondence and process incoming documentation
- Organise and track own case pipeline and daily workflow
- Drive conversion from ‘Processing’ to ‘Funded’ by keeping cases moving and clients updated
- Work within lender SLAs and anticipate/address potential lender conditions
- Work with solicitors to ensure completion takes place quickly and efficiently
- Help create a consistently brilliant customer experience, even when things get complex
Requirements
- Previous experience in the first charge mortgage industry — in case management, packaging, or administration
- Highly organised and confident managing multiple cases at once in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Clear and professional communication skills with a warm and supportive client approach
- Empathy and attention to detail
- Proactive and collaborative working style with Advisers and teammates
- Comfortable using tech tools to work smarter and streamline workflows
