- Write and edit high-impact content for web, blog, campaigns, and social channels.
- Optimize for SEO and conversions using keyword research, analytics, and performance insights.
- Drive Loader recruitment marketing, creating campaigns to attract, convert, and retain top providers.
- Expand our commercial accounts channel with targeted marketing strategies under the LoadUp brand.
- Collaborate across teams — including sales, web development, and operations — to deliver consistent, aligned messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Streamline content workflows to keep processes efficient, scalable, and effective.
- Coach and mentor junior marketers, supporting their development and strengthening team performance.
