The Staff Web Designer will guide the strategic direction, execution, and continuous evolution of our marketing website. You’ll be the glue between brand expression and performance — ensuring our web experiences are excellently crafted, technically sound, and optimized for business impact.
You will partner closely with teams looking after SEO, CRO, Marketing, Communications, Growth, Product Marketing, and Product Design teams to ensure our website not only looks amazing but drives engagement, acquisition, and conversion at scale.
Requirements
9+ years of experience in web design, UX/UI, or digital marketing
Deep understanding of web design principles, performance marketing, SEO, CRO, and responsive development.
A portfolio showcasing both strategic thinking and high-quality execution across web and digital campaigns.
Proven success managing web initiatives in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
Exceptional communicator who can manage input and expectations across multiple stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Figma, HTML/CSS, CMS systems, and analytics platforms.
Adept at balancing brand integrity with data-driven decision-making.
Experience working in agile environments and/or with developers and marketing operations teams.
