About the role

  • Support the People & Culture function in providing end-to-end employment cycle administration
  • Expand global HR knowledge across global benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding
  • Hybrid role working from the office 4 days per week
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to support the onboarding lifecycle, create contracts and support offer documentation
  • Ensure the HRIS is updated with all relevant people changes and consistently maintained
  • Manage the full suite of administration across the employment cycle
  • Use the company’s internal IT ticket system for people-related changes, joiners and leavers
  • Administer pre-employment screening for new joiners and annual refreshers
  • Maintain the right to work process and induction for all new joiners, liaising with the global People and Culture team
  • Support People Operations, Business Partnering and business areas with ad hoc reports or requests
  • Ensure people procedures (via the People Operations manual) are kept up to date
  • Support creation of People and Culture monthly newsletters
  • Maintain training records and assist with Learning and Development administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred but not always required)
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, or a similar role
  • Experience with HR software (HRIS) and payroll systems
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
