About the role

  • Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee transactions in HR systems
  • Provide guidance and respond to employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, programs, and procedures
  • Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams to ensure smooth integration of employee data and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and employee data in accordance with data privacy requirements
  • Assist with HR audits, reporting requirements, and compliance reviews
  • Apply and interpret company policies, escalating complex issues as appropriate
  • Maintain data integrity within HR systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse etc)
  • Run and distribute regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support business and HR needs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency
  • Support testing and implementation of HR systems and tools
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers by providing high-quality, timely HR operational support
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, Talent, etc.) to deliver consistent HR services
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries, ensuring positive employee experience and escalation when needed
  • Contribute to HR operations projects such as process standardization, policy updates, and system implementations
  • Support change management efforts to enhance employee adoption of HR tools and processes
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes, documentation, and service delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or 3–5 years of progressive HR operations, HR generalist, or HR services experience
  • Strong knowledge of Americas. employment regulations and HR compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, ATS, or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clear and concise guidance
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) (Preferred)
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization (Preferred)
  • Global HR Operations experience (Preferred)
  • Background in supporting HR process transformation or system implementations (Preferred)
