About the role
- Oversee global payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Serve as primary point of contact for employees globally and manage the People & Culture inbox
- Lead and manage key HR projects outlined in the annual HR calendar
- Support and initiate global compensation and benefits initiatives to ensure competitiveness and equity
- Maintain and optimize HRIS (Personio), including leading implementations of new modules and workflow optimization
- Manage and improve the Employee Journey by owning global onboarding and offboarding processes
- Lead and support HR audits to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company standards
Requirements
- Experience managing payroll across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Experience with HRIS systems (preferably Personio), including payroll integration and workflow optimization
- Understanding of Dutch labor laws and payroll requirements
- Experience in HR operations with a focus on global payroll management, compliance, and compensation & benefits
