About the role
- We are building the must have AI Ecosystem for our customers and looking for an established leader to work as a player and coach to drive and scale this program.
- You’ll have the vision to help set strategy and the range to then execute on bringing that vision to life.
- You’ll provide strong support and leadership, by empowering team members to work hard and foster a culture of excellence.
- Able to see the path and make things happen in a fast paced, complex environment.
Requirements
- More than 5 years experience in a management role.
- Strong existing network across AI businesses and startups.
- AdTech background is a big plus - particularly an understanding of technology.
- Remarkably driven, operationally strong and well organised.
- The ability to track and forecast pipeline opportunities across the team is key.
- Independent and self-sufficient. You need minimal management, only coaching and mentorship.
- Strong track record of working with a range of stakeholders to beat objectives.
- Excellent time management, project management and communication skills.
