About the role
- Responsible for entry and managing client’s media schedules throughout duration of campaigns
- Track bi-weekly updates for delivery performance to ensure campaign success
- Prepare quarterly post-buy analysis and reporting for client issues on a timely basis
- Responsible for promptly coordinating with the AP team to clear client billing
- Maintain client budgets and reconciliation process across all investments
- Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors
- Manage day-to-day vendor and client requests across accounts
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, GoogleDoc, Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
