About the role

  • First point of contact for new prospects in the B2B Health vertical
  • Research, engage, and qualify leads to build strong relationships
  • Conduct lead research using internal tools, data, and external sources; maintain accurate records in HubSpot
  • Develop and execute multi-channel outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn) to engage and qualify prospects
  • Persuade leads to attend pitch calls and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Manage time effectively to maintain high-quality outbound activity levels
  • Maintain complete and accurate HubSpot data
  • Support the team lead with ad hoc tasks including HubSpot maintenance, campaigns, and projects

Requirements

  • Background in sales, customer support/service, education, or operations
  • Experience in startup/scale-up environments and contributing to scalable processes
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel customer outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn)
  • Experience with lead research using internal tools, data, and external sources
  • Ability to maintain accurate records in HubSpot
  • Experience with scaling teams and driving improvement initiatives
  • Proactivity and strong communication skills; professionalism and empathy
  • Adaptability, resilience, collaboration, and customer/student focus
