About the role
- Lead the sales team and drive growth in the West Coast region for CWD luxury saddlery.
- Manage regional sales operations and oversee sales team performance.
- Travel approximately 70% of the time across the West Coast to meet with clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and top riders and partners.
- Execute regional sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Work on-site at specified locations and adhere to a Monday–Friday work schedule.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
- Experience in the equestrian industry is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 70% of the time within the West Coast region.
- Ability to work five (5) days per week, Monday to Friday.
