About the role
- Ensure smooth daily operations of the booth (opening, closing, set-up, presentation)
- Welcome and interact with riders and clients, embodying brand professionalism
- Manage inventory and coordinate schedules for saddle fittings with Saddle Experts
- Support sales representatives on the ground and contribute to overall show success
- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction by being responsive, organized, and proactive
- Learn foundations of sales, customer service, and event operations in a high-energy environment
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (a car is required)
- Availability to commit full-time from January through March 2026, including weekends and early-morning hours
- Local candidates preferred (lodging assistance may be available)
- Experience with horses is a big plus
- Genuine passion for equestrian sports and interest in sales
- Strong organizational skills, resilience, and ability to adapt quickly
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn from seasoned professionals
