Consultant

• Execution and Consultation surrounding AI & Analytics client projects, including: Leading client-facing scoping and implementation on projects leveraging predictive AI, GenAI, and/or structured analytics.
• Serve as a consultative partner to clients, advising on the design, application, and validation of AI & Analytics solutions aligned to matter and business objectives.
• Partnering with clients to ensure requirements remain current across the lifecycle of the engagement and (re)aligning development approach to those requirements.
• Meticulous data tracking, statistical validation design and implementation, and metrics reporting to support the transparency and accountability of algorithmic discovery reviews.

Solution Consultant – Temporary Role 2-6 Months

Support Engineer

• Oversee Shipping/Receiving of packages containing client media/evidence
• Maintain proper chain of custody for all incoming/outgoing items
• Provide reports on all incoming/outgoing packages for auditing purposes
• Prepare and coordinate Shipping Requests from the Client Services, Intake, Production, and Forensics Departments
• Track all packages to ensure accurate delivery on time
• Keep a full inventory of shipping/receiving supplies on hand
• Connect hard drives to Intake computers for access by remote employees
