About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Sell Lighthouse products and services to target law firms and corporations
- Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales quota
- Maintain high-level activity with phone calls, prospecting emails, and meetings
- Develop strategy and execute plans with new and existing clients
- Communicate the Lighthouse value proposition to clients and prospects
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline information within Salesforce
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and respond to RFPs
- Commit to growing industry knowledge and research trends
- Manage Sales Associate support resources
- Coordinate with executive team for service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA or BS degree required
- JD is a plus depending on practice area and experience
- Proven track record in selling electronic discovery (ESI), attorney document review or other litigation support services
- Must have a developed network of contacts with decision makers in the legal and/or business marketplace
- Strong business development skills including cold calling, prospecting, listening, strong follow-up skills
- Demonstrated ability to use professional selling techniques to identify clients’ needs
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Deep industry knowledge with the ability to confidently interact at industry events
- Must be a team player
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and be extremely self-motivated
