Lead the team that produces all creative assets for Business Units, Social Media, Brand Marketing/Partnerships, Speaking, and PR
Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute go-to-market strategies with cohesive brand messaging across channels, product lines, and retail
Oversee development and execution of effective upper, mid, and lower funnel creative assets for paid, owned, and earned spaces
Develop and implement social media strategy across existing and emerging platforms
Manage and grow the community of optimists, encouraging storytelling and engagement
Develop and execute innovative cross-channel strategies to broaden customer demographics and convey brand and non-profit commitment
Develop, manage, and allocate the brand marketing budget to meet strategic objectives
Identify, secure, and nurture brand partnerships to elevate the brand and expand audience
Conduct consumer research to measure awareness and derive insights to hone marketing efforts
Lead and grow paid speaking revenue and partner with non-profit leaders to increase awareness
Requirements
10+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated measured success in leading and growing a respected brand or brands
Successfully led the execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns
Measured success leveraging social media to spark conversations and grow communities
Effectively used consumer research to identify insights that positively impact business metrics
Hands-on leadership of a growing customer-focused brand, marketing partnerships, campaign strategies, community expansion, and creative output (social, copy, photography, graphics, and more)
Experience leading Creative Services, Social Media, Brand Marketing, Speaking, and PR teams
Experience developing and executing cross-channel strategies and go-to-market plans
Experience managing and allocating brand marketing budgets
Experience identifying, securing, and nurturing brand partnerships
Experience overseeing development and execution of upper, mid, and lower funnel creative assets for paid, owned, and earned channels
Strong storytelling, partnership, and creative skills
Analytical capability and comfort with metrics
Keen creative eye and ability to give constructive creative feedback
