At Life is Good, the Merchandise Analyst turns the Buying team's plans into reality, one launch at a time. You're the one tracking every ticket, catching the missing image before it becomes a problem, and making sure product data is right across the board. • You own the operational engine of the merch team: product launches, data accuracy, cross-functional coordination, and the tracking systems that keep every moving part visible. Your precision and follow-through are what allow the Buyers to stay focused on the business instead of chasing details.
• You manage end-to-end product launches — creating and tracking Jira tickets, verifying items are live on site, flagging missing product images, and coordinating DTG activations. You own product attribution in Centric, including tagging and merch/custom categories, so product data is consistent and accurate across every launch. You lead item setup and the sample process cross-functionally, and maintain season codes and pricing files so the team always has current, reliable data to work from. You create and manage product change tickets covering DTG updates, site removals, markdowns, and markups. You support Partnership and GWP programs, keeping launches and change activities on track. You own the daily tracking of all product launch and change activity so nothing falls through the cracks. You monitor sales performance and key merchandising metrics to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends that support business objectives. You use AI tools to automate manual, repetitive tasks — freeing up time for higher-value analysis and cross-functional work. You stay current on tools that improve operational efficiency and bring them forward when they’re ready to use.

Merchandise Analyst

Customer Support

• You manage the full order lifecycle for all KIS accounts — from entry and accuracy validation through to on-time shipment — using Shopify reporting and SAP as your primary tools.
• You work daily with the Print on Demand team to keep orders queued accurately, hold production timelines, and catch print issues early before they ripple downstream.
• You respond to customer inquiries about order status, tracking, and issues with clear and timely answers that keep accounts informed and confident.
• You create replacement orders for mis-ships and damages through B2B and Shopify, resolving problems without requiring escalation.
• You document and communicate account-specific packing and routing guidelines to the shipping team so every shipment goes out correctly the first time.
• You set up new accounts and new doors in SAP and troubleshoot SAP issues directly with IT when they arise.
• You identify gaps in current workflows and actively partner with Print on Demand, Shipping, and Sales to design better processes — not just flag the problem.
• You cover and support fellow team members across accounts during peak periods or absences so the team never loses ground.
• You use AI tools to draft SOPs and workflow documentation faster, surface patterns in order error data, and reduce the manual lift of routine status communication.

Wholesale Customer Service Representative

• You serve as the primary contact for 6–8 Life is Good licensees — you know their business deeply and work alongside them to ensure they have everything needed to meet and exceed revenue goals
• You are the lead team member and primary point of contact for all properties Life is Good licenses in — including partnerships like Dr. Seuss, Rudolph, NASA, and Airstream
• You manage incoming product samples from all licensing partners, maintaining an organized sample inventory in the Boston office and ensuring samples are available for internal reviews and photography
• You track sales and royalties across your licensed product portfolio and maintain accurate executive reports, working with partners on rolling forecasts that reflect financial results in real time
• You work across Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Wholesale, and eCommerce to provide partners with the right support at the right time
• You develop and maintain detailed product launch calendars for inbound licensing collections, facilitating internal meetings across all teams to keep communication clear and deadlines on track
• You lead the process of purchasing licensed products for resale through Life is Good selling channels when applicable
• You partner with Marketing to keep sell-in materials — Brand Decks, Brand Videos, and related assets — optimized and current
• You organize and maintain all partnership assets, creative files, contracts, and approvals so the right information is always accessible and accurate
• You track eCommerce sales and wholesale bookings of licensed product and maintain executive reports, ensuring your partners have appropriate access to best-selling graphics when relevant
• You develop and oversee a quarterly Licensee Newsletter that keeps all partners connected to each other's successes and challenges at retail
• You build and deliver presentations for key moments — including Sales Meetings and Quarterly Family Meetings — that are clear, compelling, and on brand
• You build relationships that last — partners and internal teams trust you because you follow through and show up the same way every time

Licensing Manager

Procurement

• Lead the product lifecycle at Life is Good – from design and development through sourcing, quality, and production art – building assortments that bring our brand to life while hitting the margin, quality, and calendar targets that drive the business forward.
• Manage/lead a large team encompassing Global Sourcing, Quality, Product Management, Production Art, Product Design, and Technical Design.
• Oversee sourcing and development of apparel, accessories, and specialty products, including both foreign and domestic sources, and our in-house production.
• Responsible for the quality of all Life is Good products, human rights, and code of conduct.
• Oversee the company’s product development calendar, build assortments that support the revenue targets of the business units, and oversee the selection of materials, components, and construction options to meet quality and product cost targets.
• Oversee the briefing process for product graphics.
• Oversee the design of core, graphic-friendly products, seasonal assortment items, and our new Signature Collection (launches Fall 2026).
• Work closely with the Partnerships Team to ensure all licensed products reflect Life is Good’s design style, feature appropriate and precise execution of Life is Good Art and Message, and meet Life is Good’s quality and product safety standards.
• Develop the annual department budget and manage to meet the approved level of spending.
• Collaborate with other company leaders (eCommerce, Wholesale, Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Finance, Operations, People, Legal, and Product Graphics) to meet company goals.
