Account Manager

• Brindar soporte en los primeros pasos de los clientes: registro de cuenta, instalación de la aplicación y fondeo de cuenta.
• Venta directa de los servicios de la empresa a nuevos clientes a través de llamadas, correo electrónico y mensajería instantánea.
• Realizar llamadas y establecer contactos con nuevos clientes para vender servicios y productos.
• Registrar correctamente y de manera responsable todos los contactos con los clientes en el sistema CRM.
• Conocer y gestionar todos los servicios y productos relevantes de la Compañía.
• Analizar situaciones de mercado con los clientes y acciones de competidores; comunicar información relevante al Team Leader.
• Cumplir con procesos de negocio, parámetros diarios de comunicación y requisitos de calidad aprobados por la Compañía.
