About the role

  • Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets.
  • Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
  • Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of LATAM financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
