About the role

  • Drive client acquisition and partnership growth across LATAM.
  • Onboard IBs, affiliates, trading academies, and institutional clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations.
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to LATAM markets focused on acquisition and retention.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in LATAM.
  • Act as main point of contact for LATAM partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
  • Represent the company at LATAM expos, seminars, and events.
  • Stay updated on LATAM regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
  • Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on LATAM markets.
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in LATAM.
  • Knowledge of LATAM market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
