About the role
- Seek an experienced Account Executive (AE) for the Americas region with RegTech and IDV background to join Programmers Force.
- Play a critical role in driving enterprise adoption across North and South America.
- Own enterprise sales cycle across the Americas.
- Build trusted relationships with banks, fintechs, and regulators.
- Deliver demos and compliance-focused solution pitches.
- Drive new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
- Consistently exceed quota and revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS/RegTech sales in the Americas.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC/IDV workflows.
- Fluent in English; Spanish/Portuguese preferred.
- Proven track record of quota achievement.
