About the role
- A growing international brokerage hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to drive global sales, marketing, and client acquisition strategy. Build revenue engines, scale IB and affiliate networks, capture opportunities across multiple regions. Design scalable funnels, test new channels, deliver growth while ensuring transparency and compliance. Lead sales, marketing, and revenue functions globally; mentor commercial teams; partner with leadership on growth and regional expansion.
Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in revenue leadership roles within FX/CFD or financial services. Proven record of scaling sales/marketing operations in brokerage/fintech Strong understanding of acquisition funnels Partner/IB networks Drive revenue growth, optimize sales and client acquisition strategy across regions.
