About the role
- Making outbound calls to leads (newly registered potential clients) of the company
- Consulting on products and services and selecting optimal solutions
- Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls or messengers
- Actively expanding the client base through social networks
- Working with CRM and preparing sales reports
- Converting leads into clients and creating long-term trust-based relationships with clients
Requirements
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone and messenger negotiations
- Strong verbal skills; sales skills are a plus; ability to handle objections
- Ability to use social networks and messengers for client communication
- Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory; Russian, English or Armenian are a plus
- Strong self-organization and readiness to work in an office within a fast-paced environment
- Work schedule: 15:00 - 00:00 Armenia time (negotiable)
