We’re a fast-growing U.S.-based solar company on a mission to make clean energy accessible. Our operations team is expanding, and we’re looking for organized, reliable Account Managers based in Mexico to help guide our customers through the solar installation process.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale has been completed
Schedule and confirm site surveys, installation appointments, and any required service visits
Communicate with roofing companies to obtain roofing codes and coordinate necessary services
Keep customers informed with timely updates at each step of their solar installation process
Assist with paperwork or documentation related to permitting, interconnection, or installation
Monitor each account to ensure progress is on track and escalate issues if delays arise
Proactively follow up with customers who express concerns or consider cancelling
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication
Collaborate with sales, operations, and fulfillment teams to ensure a smooth workflow
Requirements
Based in Mexico with excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
1+ years experience in customer service, account management, or coordination roles
Comfortable handling customer objections or concerns professionally and empathetically
Familiar with scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic CRM systems
Experience in solar, construction, or home improvement industries is a strong plus
Highly organized and self-driven — able to manage multiple accounts independently
Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and task completion
