About the role
- Execute and support the planning and execution of Levanta’s global seller events (10+), including tentpole conferences, partner activations, virtual events, local meetups, and Levanta’s first-owned conference in 2026.
- Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, shipping, travel, swag production, budgeting, marketing asset creation (landing pages, emails, social), and on-site or virtual event support.
- Coordinate and collaborate on event marketing deliverables and strategies with multiple internal teams, including sales, content, design, and operations, to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Engage with Levanta’s seller community across owned and third-party channels, including Slack groups, online forums, and social spaces.
- Support programs and activations that keep sellers informed and connected, such as in-person and virtual AMAs, spotlight stories, and discussions.
- Grow and nurture the community by driving participation, fostering peer connections, and expanding reach across key platforms.
- Monitor conversations to identify opportunities for Levanta to participate, add value, or gather seller insights.
- Manage Levanta’s presence on review platforms (G2, Capterra, etc.) by encouraging positive reviews, addressing and removing negatives, and maintaining strong competitive positioning.
- Track and maintain performance metrics for events and community engagement, including measurable outcomes, consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs such as attendance, participation, seller acquisition impact, and ROI.
- Compile post-event and community recaps that include insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Support budget tracking and vendor documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event coordination and community engagement; experience in B2B or e-commerce is a plus.
- Proven ability to support and execute high-quality events with measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple event logistics.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Experience with online community engagement.
- Comfortable tracking metrics and reporting results to optimize performance.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into greater ownership as Levanta’s event and community programs scale.
