• Als zentrale Schnittstelle vermittelst du die Anliegen an die zuständigen Anwält*innen für eine individuelle und fachkundige Bearbeitung
• Du identifizierst die Bedürfnisse von Neu- und Bestandskund*innen und stellst alle relevanten Informationen zum Prozessablauf zur Verfügung
• Die serviceorientierte Beratung sowie die Unterstützung der Kund*innen bei ihren individuellen Anliegen gehören zu deinen Hauptaufgaben

• Contribute to the ongoing development of our product strategy and the implementation of our product roadmap
• Create, prioritize and maintain user stories, product backlogs and release plans
• Analyze customer needs as well as market and competitive trends to further develop our platform
• Support the definition and monitoring of relevant product KPIs
• Work closely with Engineering, Partner Management and other stakeholders to successfully implement product features
• Actively participate in product discovery processes to understand user problems and validate solutions

• Responsibility for developing and implementing the product strategy and product roadmap in close coordination with the Product Team Lead and management
